The bowl that was supplied to the royal family, pure.
Auroi's Pure-pottery products are made in harmony with sun salt, charcoal, and occasional air in a traditional kiln over 1,300 degrees Celsius.
Pure-pottery, which was made by a collaboration between artisans and nature for a long time, was used in large quantities of salt, one of the state-managed items at the time, during the production process.
Not only that but it was also used in the royal family in recognition of its excellence.
Auroi's Pure-pottery brought the meaning of honor again to the table of modern people, expressed in its distinctive dark blue light.
Pure Onggi requires delicate and accurate work in the selection and process of materials from temperature to soil and salt to wood. Formed from selected materials through difficult screening, Pure-pottery requires firing in traditional kilns over 1300 degrees for four to five days. Without using glaze at all, salt, a natural ingredient, is used to naturally attach ash to the Pure-pottery to feed soot. When this series of processes is accurately carried out in the artisan's own way, mysterious dark blue Pure-pottery comes into the world.
Pure Onggi can be stored fresh for a long time because it is a preservative due to sun salt used in the production process. Also, it is eco-friendly because it does not use artificial glaze in the production process. Charcoal, which adds black light to the bowl, not only removes impurities but also prevents odors from mixing with other foods. The dark blue pottery made of earth, salt, charcoal, and wind shows the class of nature.
